Returns & Refund Policy

At Caroum Automotive, we provide and delivery suspension parts across the UAE and international markets. Because of the nature of auto parts and fitment requirements, returns are handled based on the conditions below.

1. Fitment & Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed after verifying part compatibility based on:

  • Part number

  • Vehicle details (VIN / chassis number, where applicable)

Once confirmed and approved by the customer, the order is processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect part supplied by Caroum

  • Damaged or defective item upon delivery

  • Item significantly different from what was confirmed

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect part ordered by the customer after confirmation

  • Items installed, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Special order or non-stock items sourced specifically for the customer

  • Electrical components (unless defective)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via:

  2. Provide:

    • Order details

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility before proceeding.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error → Caroum covers return shipping

  • For other approved returns → customer bears return shipping cost

7. Important Notice

Caroum Automotive operates as a managed supply platform. Product availability and sourcing may involve third-party suppliers. Return approvals are subject to supplier validation in applicable cases.
